What requirements you’ll need to be eligible

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in retail management, with a focus on fashion or apparel. At least 3 years’ multi‑stores management experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to develop and implement innovative retail strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills are essential to identify opportunities and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate team.

What you’ll be doing on the job

• Responsible for overseeing the operations of retail store.
• To lead, develop and implement sales strategies to excel in Customer Experience, Operational Excellence and ultimately Driving Results.
• Monitor sales team performance, motivate, drive, inform and actively coordinate retail teams
• Communicate vision, strategy and clear directions to retail staff
• Structure the organization of retail activity and allocate responsibilities
• Ensure adequate staffing through recruitment, rotation, mobility, training and development
• Ensure proper training of sales staff and excellent customer service
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communications
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales plan and achieve company objectives
• Provide inputs to budgeting process in terms of sales forecast, headcount requirements and financial requirements
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
• Closely communicate with regional team on local trading environment and trends, including competition, tourism, consumer trends
• Ensure efficient reporting, administrative management and upwards communication
