Job summary

Tory Burch Hong Kong is seeking a Travel Retail Executive to support the Asia Pacific Travel Retail Team with account management, seasonal buy, reporting and administrative support.

You will maintain relationships with partners, coordinate with merchandising, production, customer service across time zones, and provide weekly/monthly analyses. Fluent English and Chinese required; Mandarin a plus; SAP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years retail/wholesale/travel retail experience in luxury/fashion.
• Account management experience and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with Travel Retail partners and communicate needs.
• Coordinate order updates, reconciliation, and information across teams and time zones.
• Provide weekly/monthly quantitative and qualitative analyses and reports.
