Job summary

The role supports Agile delivery, backlog management, and collaboration with stakeholders across departments. Fluency in English with Cantonese/Mandarin preferred is advantageous.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years Business Analysis experience in financial services.
- Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in digital or transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
- Data analysis skills (e.g. SQL) are an advantage.
