Job summary

EDPS Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer to provide first-line production and application support for equity, futures, mutual funds, and virtual asset trading systems.

The role emphasizes system stability, incident management, and coordination with vendors. Supervisory responsibilities may be offered for the Vice President, Application Support track. Strong English and Chinese language skills are beneficial for global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
• At least 3 years in application support, preferably in financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Ayers, SharpPoint, or other OMS platforms is desirable.
• Supervisory experience required for VP-level consideration.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line production and application support for trading systems across local and global markets.
• Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, deployments, and UAT with business users.
• Provide B2B application support and maintain external system connectivity.
• Supervise and mentor team members and guide development teams on technical issues.
