Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to join a global financial services tech operations team in Hong Kong. You will provide Level 1/2 production support for mission-critical trading and business applications, troubleshoot incidents, manage escalations, and drive automation to improve efficiency.

The role requires 8+ years in Application/Production Support, strong Linux/Unix and SQL skills, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Technical Operations.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise or financial applications in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Shell Scripting (Bash/Ksh) and Python for automation.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to investigate and analyze production data.
• Good understanding of server infrastructure, networking, and application architecture.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage

Responsibilities
