Qualifications

• SFC RA Type 1 license holder.
• 2 years customer service experience in a securities firm or financial industry.
• Familiarity with trading processes and securities market operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional client service, including order placement, inquiries, and problem resolution.
• Handle clients' trading instructions.
• Explain the functions of trading platforms and assist clients in their operations.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and provide relevant information and advice to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth trading processes.
