Job summary

Osmium Consulting Group Limited is seeking a Systems Services Associate / Business Analyst for securities projects in Hong Kong. The role involves participating in trading system development across Securities, Bond and Fund domains, and supporting delivery with business users, vendors, and IT teams.

You will gather and translate user requirements into functional specs, assist in UAT planning and defect management, and conduct market research to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications

Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, IT or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in brokerage or securities industry.
Strong communication skills with good market awareness.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Participate in Securities / Bond / Fund related trading system development.
Liaise with business users, vendors and internal IT team to ensure smooth delivery.
Gather and analyse user requirements into functional specifications.
Assist in user acceptance testing planning, execution and defect management.
Conduct market research to identify business needs and opportunities.
Handle ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor/manager.
