Job summary

Cross Industry Climate Group in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned professional to lead trade testing initiatives and drive digitalisation and automation across the centre.

The role requires a recognised engineering degree, at least five years in construction projects or research, and strong communication in Chinese and English; the candidate should be proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in engineering or related disciplines.
• 5+ years' experience in construction projects or research.
• Ability to suggest improvement initiatives and manage projects.
• Excellent Chinese and English communication skills.
• Proactive, independent and team-oriented.
• Understanding of construction trade skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review industry needs and stakeholder expectations for trade testing.
• Enhance the trade testing framework and assessment methodologies.
• Formulate digitalisation and automation strategies for the centre.
• Develop and maintain digital solutions for trade testing services.
• Oversee robotic and AI-driven solutions to boost efficiency.
• Plan upgrading of workshops and facilities for better user experience.
• Carry out duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
