- Develop investment proposals with clear business benefits, costs, dependencies, delivery risks and success measures.
- Establish transformation governance, including executive sponsorship, business ownership, prioritisation and benefits tracking.
- Identify opportunities to standardise processes and platforms while accommodating legitimate differences between business units and locations.
Operations and Customer Experience
- Improving information flow across lease administration, billing, collections and reporting.

- Work with engineering and sustainability stakeholders to evaluate relevant smart-building, asset-monitoring and energy-management opportunities.
- Establish practical pilots, evaluate results and scale successful solutions across suitable properties.
Corporate Digitalisation and Process Improvement
- Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal and Administration to redesign and digitalise core business processes.
- Lead improvements across workflows such as procurement, invoice processing, budgeting, management reporting, employee services, contract approvals and document management.
- Work with ERP and enterprise applications teams to align business requirements, process design and system capabilities.
- Reduce spreadsheet dependency, duplicate data entry, manual reconciliations and fragmented approval processes.
- Introduce workflow automation, digital approvals, electronic forms and appropriate employee self-service capabilities.
- Strengthen process controls, audit trails, exception handling and accountability.
- Connect corporate and property-related systems to improve end-to-end visibility and reduce operational handoffs.
Data, Analytics and AI Enablement
- Develop a practical approach to using data to improve operational performance and management decision-making.
- Establish business ownership and quality standards for critical property, customer, tenant, supplier and financial data.
- Partner with business leaders to define dashboards and reporting requirements covering asset performance, service delivery, operating costs and corporate efficiency.
- Improve the consistency, accuracy and timeliness of management information.
- Evaluate AI and automation opportunities with clear business applications, such as document processing, knowledge retrieval, service-request classification and reporting support.
Programme Delivery and Vendor Management
- Lead digitalisation programmes from discovery and solution selection through implementation, rollout and operational handover.
- Establish clear scope, budgets, milestones, resource requirements and delivery responsibilities.
- Coordinate business stakeholders, internal technology teams, consultants and implementation partners.
- Evaluate solutions against business fit, integration requirements, scalability, supportability and total cost of ownership.
- Manage vendor performance, commercial commitments, delivery quality and knowledge transfer.
- Oversee business testing, data readiness, migration planning, user training and post-launch stabilisation.
- Maintain business continuity throughout implementation and establish clear ownership for ongoing support and improvement.
Governance and Risk
- Embed privacy, cybersecurity, access control and operational resilience into digital initiatives.
- Work with relevant specialists to ensure solutions meet applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Establish appropriate governance for customer data, corporate information and connected operational technologies.
- Ensure digital investments have clear ownership, documented controls and sustainable support arrangements.
