Our client a Fintech company which bring experiences from Commercial Banking, Investment Banking and Traditional Factoring businesses together to build a successful trade financing platform. They are now urgently seeking an experiencedTrade Finance Analyst to join their rapidly growing team

Job Description

• Risk assessment of Seller, i.e. evaluation of potential clients and regular review of existing clients’creditworthiness, development and enhancement of adequate risk assessment procedures and preparation of credit risk assessment reportson a timely basis with minimal supervision.
• To makea recommendation on credit risk assessment result including credit rating and credit limits. Monitoring of credit limits utilization, preparation of credit reports.
• Liaise with external credit insurance company regarding the credit facilities issues of all new and existing obligors.
• To monitor and approve of platform auctions.
• Assist in formulate internal Credit Policy
• Assist in create and develop risk model andscorecard

Job Requirements

• Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in Credit / Trade Finance, prior experience in the financial or banking industry will be an advantage
• Knowledge ofTrade Finance policies, practices and programs strongly preferred
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively and communicate persuasively
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Conversant with MS Office applicationsAbility to anticipate needs, prioritise responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, and take initiative.
