Job summary

Tradeweb is seeking an Associate-level professional for our Hong Kong office to support trade execution, client servicing, and sales administration. Responsibilities include maintaining client spreadsheets, reporting, scheduling, and handling requests from sales staff, while engaging with external callers and internal teams.

The role requires interaction with teams in Singapore, London, and the U.S., and maintaining strong relationships with FTSE 350 treasury departments.

Qualifications

• HKSI Licensing (LE 1,7,8) completed.
• Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance/Law or equivalent with coursework.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills; data handling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Trade execution of money market funds via phone, email, and proprietary systems.
• Assist with implementing client solutions and onboarding.
• Handle client accounting requirements and report production.
• Produce daily data and reconciliation reports.
• Support Global ICD Trade Desk, Onboarding Teams and Regional Sales Staff.
• Deliver client service to institutional client base and assist with prospect research.
