Job summary

Tradeweb in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate to provide trade execution, client servicing, sales and administrative support for institutional treasurers and corporate clients. You will maintain client reporting, schedules and assist with sales staff requests while liaising with teams across Asia, Europe and the U.S.

The role involves handling multiple tasks, data reporting and proactive outreach to prospects, with emphasis on accuracy, speed and professional etiquette in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Academic requirements: degree in a relevant field or equivalent with coursework in finance/accounting/economics/law
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills required
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Business level Cantonese and Mandarin to support HK/ Mainland clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar/email tools

Responsibilities

• Perform trade execution of money market funds via phone, email and systems
• Support client onboarding and reporting processes for ICD clients
• Produce daily data and reconciliation reports
• Assist Global ICD Trade Desk and regional sales staff
• Provide client service to institutional clients and respond to requests
• Conduct prospect research and maintain contact database
• Coordinate with internal teams in Singapore, London and the U.S.
