Pacific Wood Flooring (HK) Limited is seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify new opportunities in commercial and residential timber flooring sectors. You will prospect, engage architects and designers, and tailor proposals to client needs.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing projects with the team, and delivering exceptional after-sales service. A 5-day week, medical coverage and performance bonuses are offered to suitable candidates in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above is required.
• 2-3 years of experience, preferably in timber flooring or building materials.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers and project managers.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales proposals, quotations and product specifications tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.
• Execute and manage sales and works contracts with project teams.
• Coordinate with team to provide exceptional after sales services.
