Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited seeks a Therapy Associate to conduct reassessments, provide client care and progress individual therapy/group sessions under supervision. You will assess, plan and treat residents/clients with various disabilities and conditions for optimal care.

Assess, evaluate, plan, and treat residents/clients with various disabilities and conditions for optimal care
Consult therapist on care plans and rehab progression as necessary
Assist in conducting quality improvement projects
Conduct training for therapy assistants, therapy assistant students or other care staff as necessary
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams from other Business Units to ensure good client experience and service

Job Description
