Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor with strong tendering and procurement experience to manage contracts and cost control. The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, plus higher diploma or above, with chartered status advantageous.

Immediate availability is highly preferred for this position. Candidates should have 8+ years in tendering/procurement and be proficient in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Chartered membership of HKIS or RICS is advantageous.
• At least 8 years of experience in tendering and procurement.
• Level 2 or above in Chinese and English (HKDSE/HKCEE).
• Experience administering main contracts and subcontracts.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administration of main contracts and subcontracts.
• Oversee tendering and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with project teams on cost management and contract administration.
