Job summary

PrimeCredit Ltd. is seeking a Telesales Manager to lead a team of about 10 staff in selling Personal Loan and Card Loan products to existing customers. You will allocate manpower, motivate the team, and provide briefings to keep information accurate for customers.

The role requires 3+ years in sales management within financial services or telecom, bilingual English/Chinese, and strong communication skills. Reporting and performance reviews are integral to daily operations, with override

Qualifications

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above.
• At least 3 years of relevant sales management & supervisory experience in financial institution or telecommunication industry.
• Proficient in MS applications, e.g. Word & Excel.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
