Qualifications

• Must have a degree and at least 5 years in banking, with 3+ years in management within banking or finance.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise-wide operations strategies aligned with group and bank objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end operational risk management and governance across the branch.
• Drive process re-engineering to improve efficiency, control maturity, and customer service.
• Build and optimize stable, cost-effective operation platforms and support services.
• Lead and develop the operations team and manage crisis response and resilience tasks.
