The role focuses on AI, Agentic AI, cloud technologies, automation, and modern software engineering practices, with responsibilities to build PoCs, set standards, and guide regional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-10+ years in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technology Innovation, R&D, or Digital Transformation.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Copilot).
• Experience evaluating and deploying emerging technologies in enterprises.

Define enterprise architecture standards, development frameworks, and best practices.

Drive innovation initiatives involving AI, automation, cloud, productivity platforms, and enterprise applications.

Develop and manage data architecture, including data models, integration, governance, and analytics enablement.

Partner with regional technology teams to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance.

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and establish technical standards across multiple markets.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

8-10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technology Innovation, R&D, or Digital Transformation.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Copilot ecosystem.

Proven experience evaluating and deploying emerging technologies within enterprise environments.

Passion for technology research, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Willingness to travel within the region and internationally when required.
