Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Senior Data & AI Architect to own the enterprise data strategy and AI roadmap within a global organization in Hong Kong. You will shape data foundation across ERP, CRM and platforms.

Lead governance, MDM and data quality, work with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable data and AI architectures, and oversee API, ETL/ELT and modern data pipelines with privacy and regulatory compliance in mind.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data architecture, data engineering and enterprise integration.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, DS or IS.
• Experience with ERP/CRM ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Proven data governance and data management capabilities.
• Hands-on AI/ML / GenAI experience, production-ready.

Are you a senior Data & AI Architect looking to take ownership of enterprise-wide data strategy and help shape how a global organization uses AI, GenAI and automation?

I'm currently supporting a global client (MNC, In-house listed company) in their search for an Enterprise Data & AI Architect to join their Global IT team in Hong Kong.

This is a strategic role where you'll be responsible not just for architecture, but for building the data foundation and AI roadmap that supports business transformation across multiple countries and systems.

What you'll be doing

• Own the design and evolution of the global enterprise data architecture, covering ERP, CRM and operational platforms.


• Develop a strong Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance framework to create consistent, trusted enterprise data.


• Define standards around data quality, ownership, security, lineage and governance across global systems.


• Shape the organisation's AI / GenAI / Agentic AI roadmap, identifying practical opportunities to turn enterprise data into automation and business value.


• Lead the architecture behind data migration, integration and transformation projects, including APIs, ETL/ELT and modern data pipelines.


• Work closely with business leaders and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable data and AI architecture.


• Assess emerging technologies, platforms and vendors, and lead technical evaluations, RFI/RFPs and architecture workshops.


• Ensure data and AI solutions are designed with privacy, regulatory and enterprise risk requirements in mind.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience across data architecture, data engineering and enterprise integration.


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.


• Strong experience working with large-scale ERP and CRM ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, Salesforce or similar platforms.


• Solid track record in building enterprise data governance and data management frameworks.


• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML, GenAI or LLM solutions, ideally including production implementation.


• Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, APIs, integration architecture and modern data platforms.


• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with senior leadership and business stakeholders.


• Certifications that would be a plus - CDMP / data management certifications, AWS / Azure / GCP architecture certifications, AI/ML certifications, PMP or Agile/Scrum qualifications would be advantageous.


• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
