RecruitFirst Limited is seeking a Technology Innovation Lead to spearhead innovation initiatives, evaluate next-generation solutions, and drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies across a global organization.

The role focuses on AI, Agentic AI, cloud technologies, automation, and modern software engineering practices, with responsibilities to build PoCs, set standards, and guide regional teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-10+ years in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technology Innovation, R&D, or Digital Transformation.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Copilot).
• Experience evaluating and deploying emerging technologies in enterprises.

Responsabilidades

• Research, evaluate, and experiment with emerging technologies, AI solutions, development tools, and industry trends.
• Build PoCs and assess new technologies for enterprise adoption.
• Translate innovative concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions delivering business value.
• Define enterprise architecture standards, development frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive innovation initiatives involving AI, automation, cloud, and enterprise apps.
• Develop and manage data architecture, models, integration, governance, and analytics.
• Partner with regional technology teams to provide technical leadership and guidance.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and establish technical standards across markets.
