OCBC is seeking a Technology Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and maintain our critical infrastructure. You will work with multiple technology teams to ensure secure, efficient, and highly available systems across our network and data centers.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of infrastructure experience, strong knowledge of cloud, virtualization, and networking, plus hands-on Cisco/Huawei experience and excellent collaboration skills. A demanding, fast-paced environment awaits.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in technology infrastructure design, implementation and maintenance.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong skills in cloud computing, virtualization, and network protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Huawei or similar networking solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain technology infrastructure including servers, storage, and networks.
• Collaborate with technology teams to deploy new systems and ensure seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime and impact on business.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, implement, and maintain our technology infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network systems
• Collaborate with our technology teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new systems and applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact to our business
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams and configuration guides
• Work with our security team to ensure our infrastructure is secure and compliant with regulatory requirements

Who Are We Looking For

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in technology infrastructure, with a focus on design, implementation, and maintenance
• Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and network protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Huawei, or similar networking solutions.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
