The role focuses on IT solutioning, collaborating with cross-functional teams, proposing solutions, data and security blueprints, and delivering innovative architectures during implementation.

Qualifications

• Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
• AT LEAST 5+ years of experience in software development with exposure to enterprise applications/system design and architecture.
• AT LEAST 5+ years' experience designing and implementing tech solutions in a large-scale Solutions Provider/ Consulting/ Vendors technology company.
• Systems design experience, with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, APIs and other methods.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new technologies, and be passionate in updated trend.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills to speak and present in front of senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in IT solutioning to drive the technical conversations with potential and existing clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design of the solutioning proposal, including USP, pricing, and high level scope.
• Design and deliver complex cross-domain solutions using agile and planned methods.
• Work with stakeholders, client executives, partners and vendors to manage and deliver solutions during implementation.
• Participate in deep architectural discussions to build trust with clients during implementation.
• Promote adoption of new technologies and initiatives on client side or internally.
• Be a trusted technical advisor to clients and project members to solve complex challenges.

Job duties of this Role:

Assist in IT solutioning to drive the technical conversations with potential and existing clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Delivery Team, Business Stakeholders, Sales Lead, and to drive key initiatives, projects implementation, bringing innovative ideas and concepts to life

Contribute to the design of the solutioning proposal, including Unique Selling Point of offering and pricing, high level scope of both functional and technical requirements, data and security blueprint, resources planning and timeline

Design and deliver complex cross-domain solutions encompassing a rich variety of technologies and using a mixture of agile and planned methods to provide innovative solutions to address clients' needs

Work with internal and external stakeholders, client executives, partners, external vendors, and project members to manage and deliver successful solutions during implementation stage

Participate in or to drive deep architectural discussions to build trust and rapport with clients during implementation stage

Proactive to keep abreast of new technologies and to promote the adoption of new initiatives on client side or internally

Be a trusted technical advisor to clients and project members to solve complex technical challenges, and establish credibility & build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within internal and client organization

Good to have

• Minimum of 1 years of deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) in production environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with AI platforms - OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, plus open-source models - including building abstraction layers to manage multi-provider pipelines.
• Proven successful track record to design application(s) with extensive knowledge in any one of the below areas - Cloud, Blockchain, e-commerce, SFDC, CRM solutions, data Analytics, digital solutions such as website, mobile apps insurance related platforms, AI-powered solutions, digital transformation initiatives for government or public sectors
• Hands on experience and knowledge in Microservices, Event Driven or Cloud Native; and container technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker), services, and API models (e.g. Swagger, OpenAPI); and different storage solutions (e.g. SQL database(s), NoSQL such as MongoDB, Hadoop, Redis, etc.); and scalable networking technologies (e.g. Load Balancers, Firewalls) and web standards (e.g. REST APIs, web security mechanisms)

Certification in TOGAF is a plus
