Job description

• Solution architect proactively delivers business values by acting as the lead for the translation of business objectives and requirements into functional solutions. He needs to engage business partners and lead brainstorming sessions and identify areas for process improvements.
• Work closely with Enterprise Architect and Senior Solution Architect to ensure the deliverables align to IT roadmap
• Work closely with Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Development team, Information Security SME, business users to deliver software quality and information security standards
• Solution architect handles fast-paced shifts in which constant communication with key stakeholders is essential, and when working with business partners to identify new opportunities by technology solution and determine the source of budget and manpower.
• To support Enterprise Architect and Senior Solution Architect in defining the roadmap of technology solution to achieve long term technology strategy.
• Minimum 5 years of application/infrastructure design experience, 1 years of being Solution Architect or Technical Engineer of medium to large size of project implementation.
• Solid experience in Azure Cloud Data Platform architecture and Data Structure Modelling.
• Sound knowledge on IT application architecture, design, methodologies across multiple platforms – Microsoft Windows, Linux, Cloud Environment
• With vendor management skills to get the best solutions and proposal from vendors.
• Solid experience in Agile delivery methodology and DevOps.
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
• With financial industrial background will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in infrastructure and security architecture will be an advantage
• Fluent in English and Cantonese communications.
