Solution Architect (Core System & Digitalisation in Financial Services)

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a leading Insurance client. You will take ownership of solution architecture and design for major transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on core systems upgrade and broker digitalisation projects.

You will own end-to-end solution design, architecture governance, and technical delivery, while collaborating closely with business, IT, and vendor teams to drive successful outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business requirements and transform them into technical design specifications.
• Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.
• Maintain and enhance the architectural integrity of software solutions.
• Consult with department heads and end-users to further infrastructure development.
• Collaborate with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives.
• Provide detailed updates to stakeholders both in technical and non-technical terms.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements of efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as an Applications Architect or Solutions Architect in the IT industry.
