Job summary

POLYTEK ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a Technical Manager in Hong Kong to oversee post-sales technical support, maintenance, and field installations. You will coordinate field teams, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure quality control across commercial kitchens and laundry equipment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong client liaison, and experience in supervisory technical roles, with Cantonese and English fluency. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical service of commercial/industrial equipment.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience with commercial kitchens or catering equipment is advantageous.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English (Mandarin a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations: lead technicians for installation, commissioning, and repair.
• Manage spare parts warehouse in Hong Kong and optimize stock levels.
• Provide technical support and conduct site inspections for compliance.
• Handle service contracts, SLA management, and emergency calls.
• Train technicians on new equipment, safety, and diagnostics; maintain records.
• Support project handovers with client training on operation and basic maintenance.
