We are a leading kitchen cabinets contractor in Hong Kong. We are now expanding the team and looking for a Technical Supervisor/ Manager to join for merchant acquisition.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and coordinate technical staff to deliver support services and projects with consistent quality, schedule adherence, and cost control.

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and modification of kitchen cabinets systems and related equipment.

Define and uphold technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance procedures throughout the technical function.

Work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure technical solutions are properly aligned and implemented end-to-end.

Provide hands-on technical direction and coaching to junior engineers, supporting their growth and capability development.

Manage technical resources, budgets, and project timelines to improve operational efficiency.

Strong in AutoCAD drawing knowledge

Requirements

at least8 years of solid in kitchen cabinets industry experience, including at least 5 years in leadership role.

Excellent knowledge of kitchen cabinets design and installation technical.

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing technical teams and delivering results.

Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound technical decisions under time pressure.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments.

Diploma or higher academic qualification is preferred
