Job summary

Hong Yip Service Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Technical Officer for a 5-day work week in North Point. You will plan and monitor improvements to existing building facilities and oversee planned maintenance schedules.

You will supervise technicians and contractors, and you will prepare related reports, quotations and data entry for maintenance works. This role requires a Higher Diploma and at least 1 year of building service experience.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in relevant field (CS/IT/Computer Eng or Building-related)
• At least 1 year's practical working experience in building service
• Experience on ELV systems or IT network systems is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Chinese word processing
• Mature, independent, and able to work under pressure
