Job summary

Leadingnation, a premier player in PCB, IC substrate and semiconductor equipment, seeks a passionate and experienced technical leader to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and managers in installation, conditioning, maintenance and repair, while overseeing IC substrate and PCB solutions. Collaborate with suppliers and customers to align objectives, deliver tailored technical presentations, and promote high performance across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of management experience in engineering, mechatronics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in the PCB industry and/or IC substrate assembly is highly preferred.
• Exceptional skills in developing and delivering tailored technical presentations to diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
• Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is an advantage for effective communication with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and managers in installation, conditioning, application, maintenance and repair.
• Oversee the implementation of semiconductor and IC substrate solutions.
• Collaborate with machine suppliers and customers to align on business objectives and ensure seamless project execution.
• Partner closely with suppliers to enhance machine performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging deep expertise to troubleshoot machine characteristics.
• Provide actionable technical support and in-depth analysis to suppliers to drive continuous machine improvement.
