Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a Technical Manager to lead a team of technical staff and oversee the operation of our building portfolio. You will manage daily operations, maintenance, and sustainability issues while ensuring safety, reliability and efficiency of building services.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in a related field with substantial experience in property maintenance, and a professional qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in facilities management, building services, mechanical engineering or related disciplines.
• Professional qualification (MHKIS / MHKIE / MCIBSE) or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in property maintenance and management, with at least 5 years at managerial level.
• Familiar with Hong Kong Government Regulations.
• Well organized with good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical staff to oversee operation of the building portfolio.
• Manage daily operations including maintenance, technical and sustainability issues.
• Plan and monitor major improvement and asset enhancement works.
• Review and update maintenance procedures to ensure service quality.
• Provide consultancy services to clients.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
