Job summary

ITEC is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to bridge our die bonding technology with customers across diverse manufacturing environments. You will translate complex capabilities into real-world solutions, ensuring our machines deliver maximum value and adoption.

You will collaborate with R&D, sales, and service teams, traveling domestically and internationally as needed to support customers, run demonstrations, and deliver training sessions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics or related field.
• 3+ years in semiconductor equipment, precision automation, or related manufacturing tech.
• Strong understanding of die bonding processes, materials, and equipment operation.
• Hands-on experience with motion control systems and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to technical expert for the die bonding machine portfolio, supporting pre- and post-sales activities.
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, application trials, and process optimization sessions for customers.
• Collaborate with R&D to provide market-driven feedback on features, performance, and usability.
• Develop and deliver technical training for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, remotely and on-site.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, application notes, and competitive analysis reports.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer visits to showcase solutions.
• Work with sales, engineering, and service teams to identify customer needs and develop technical solutions.

What You’ll Need

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment, precision automation, or related manufacturing technology.
• Strong understanding of die bonding processes, materials, and equipment operation.
• Hands‑on experience with motion control systems, vision alignment, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer support, training, and technical activities.
• Ability to effectively liaise with business clients in Hong Kong and China; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an added advantage.
