SGS Hong Kong Limited invites applications for a Technical Manager / Technical Supervisor to lead and mentor technical teams in delivering high-quality testing and inspection services in Hong Kong.

The role ensures compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, and provides technical oversight on testing methods, equipment use, data analysis, and result interpretation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and quality management systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technical teams to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
• Provide technical oversight on testing methodologies, equipment utilization, data analysis, and result interpretation.
• Deliver technical support and consultancy services to operations, customer service teams, frontline staff, and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and operational excellence.
• Review, develop, and implement technical procedures and best practices.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior technical staff to strengthen team capabilities and technical expertise.
