Job summary

CBRE Limited is seeking an on-site Technical Manager to lead a mobile technician team and oversee E&M maintenance services for CBRE clients in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and hands-on coaching to ensure high standards of fault resolution and service delivery.

You will coordinate rosters, assess client requirements, and mentor staff while upholding CBRE RISE values. A strong background in facilities maintenance and team supervision is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related experience; exemptions possible with equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Certifications/licenses as required by local jurisdictions; REW license would be an advantage.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of mobile technicians and provide repair & maintenance service.
• Oversee operations, assign work orders, and provide technical training.
• Oversee and inspect the work performed by engineering staff.
• Manage roster and performance; respond to emergencies and enforce safety compliance.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to deliver innovative solutions and coach others.
