Job summary

WeMaintain in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Engineer / Engineer, Service Field to deliver first-class service for lift and escalator maintenance. You will monitor quality performance, manage spare parts consumption, and support branch operations with visits and client meetings.

Ideal candidates will own their work, thrive in a flat, open environment, and communicate effectively in English and Chinese. Degree in Engineering and 3+ years in maintenance or field support preferred; more experience

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3 years or more in maintenance and field support.
• Detail-minded, organized with execution orientation and ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good customer orientation with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing support for the Branch Operation.
• Handle customers' enquiries and foster relationship management by attending visits and client meetings.
• Assist in ensuring performance on lift and escalator maintenance & major repairs within the assigned portfolio.
• Prepare general and ad hoc reports and analysis for customers and internal review, and follow up site performance such as field technical support.
• Ensure technical and legal compliance of inspections, repairs and special maintenance and monitor quality performance through the Quality Feedback system.
• Assist in monitoring spare parts consumption.
• Follow up with field operation team and assist in repair work execution.
• Assist in handling MTRC contract lifts and escalators' daily operation, ad hoc tasks arrangement, reporting and meetings.

What Will Your Future Role Be?

You Will

You Are The Right Person For Us If

• Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• 3 years or above of relevant experience in maintenance and field support
• Detail-minded, organized with strong execution orientation and ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good customer‑orientation, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more extensive experience will be considered for a Senior Engineer, Service Field position.
