Job summary

Harbour City Estates Limited - Gateway Apartments is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee daily operations for a high-end property in Tsim Sha Tsui. You will lead maintenance activities, report on critical issues, and coordinate contractors to limit downtime.

The role requires at least 7 years in property maintenance or related fields, with strong English and Chinese language skills. Full-time position located in尖沙咀 with a salary of HKD 30,000–40,000 per month.

Job Duties:

• In charge and provide recommendations for daily operations and maintenance
• Assist to report and schedule contractors for preventative maintenance to limit the downtime for all critical issue
• Experience in Apartments / Hotel / Property Management environment in relation to the maintenance or renovation is a plus
• Prepare annual maintenance budget
• Lead or participate in other ad hoc tasks whenever necessary

Requirements:

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills
• Self-disciplined and detail minded
• A minimum 7 years' relevant working experience
• Able to work independently and self-motivated
