Job summary

Intertek Testing Services Hong Kong Limited is seeking a candidate for a Senior Technical Officer role to manage component sorting across toys, hardgoods, electronics and textiles, and to define regulatory and performance test requirements. The ideal candidate holds a science degree; fresh graduates and IANG applicants are welcome.

Strong English and Chinese communication, along with good interpersonal skills, are essential for daily collaboration and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Degree / HD in science-related discipline.
• Fresh graduates & IANG considered.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Technical Officer.

Responsibilities

• Handle component sorting for a wide range of consumer products (toys, hardgoods, electronics, textile).
• Define regulatory and performance test requirements (Azo dye, ASTM, CPSIA, EN71-3, RoHS, etc.).
• Handle dispatch of worksheets and labeled samples to relevant workgroups.
• Communicate with internal staff to discuss technical issues.
