Job summary

TOTAL PROTECTION SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable administrator to support the Facilities Management team.

You will liaise with the Helpdesk, maintain records, and ensure information stays current across a range of IT systems. You will develop and approve technological operations, review software infrastructure, and assess both short- and long-term technology needs while focusing on data protection, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• General administration experience supporting facilities management.
• Experience liaising with helpdesk teams.
• Familiar with IT systems documentation.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administration support to Facilities Management.
