Egis Engineering & Consulting Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Technical Director Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) to lead and deliver large-scale HK/China infrastructure projects. The role requires guiding design, construction supervision, and project management while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality across all stages.

The candidate should have a mechanical/electrical/building services background, post-chartered experience managing teams, and strong Cantonese and English communication

Competenze

• Degree and postgraduate degree in mechanical, electrical and/or building services engineering.
• Professional membership to one or more: MHKIE, MIMechE, MIET, MCIBSE.
• Post-chartered experience including managing a team.
• Experience in infrastructure and building projects.
• Excellent understanding of HK construction regulation and legislation.

• Attend design meetings, site meetings and all project related meetings.
• Build and develop a solid and successful group of professionals.
• Manage internal costs and budgets.
• Responsible for business tendering and commercial negotiations.
