Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited in Sheung Wan is seeking a Technical Consultant to build client relationships, present products, and tailor recommendations. You will visit sites, train users, and provide on-site technical advisory to meet client needs.

This role requires Mandarin and English fluency, a 1-year sales or field-service background, and a valid driving license. You will support market insights, lead generation, and post-visit follow-ups.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Our client, a Japanese Equipment Company, is currently looking for candidates for a Technical consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Client Visits & Relationship Management: Conduct regular client visits to companies, construction sites, contractors, and SMEs to build strong relationships and spot sales opportunities.
• Product Presentations & Training: Deliver professional product seminars and on-site training to explain technical specifications and best practices.
• Technical Advisory & Product Expertise: Master company product range to provide advice on product selection based on client needs and budgets.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Keep track of market trends and competitors to give clients the best recommendations.
• Trade Shows & Events: Act as a representative at exhibitions and events to promote company products, and generate new leads.
• Feedback & Collaboration: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams by sharing on-site feedback to improve products and services.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare weekly/monthly reports and maintain accurate logs of client interactions and follow-up tasks.

Requirements
