We operate a remote-first, globally distributed organisation with travel as needed. You will champion transparent collaboration, drive non-functional requirements, and help build scalable financial services for clients and consumers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a tech lead guiding software teams.
• Banking/financial services experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and shape the tech landscape for digital banking solutions.
• Lead a team of engineers, balance architecture, planning, and hands-on coding.
