Job summary

MoneyHero Limited in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned engineering lead to guide frontend and backend teams, driving high-quality delivery and scalable architectures. You will own architecture decisions, review code, and collaborate across Product, Design, and Business teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.

You will champion AI-assisted development, set coding standards, mentor engineers, and handle incident response, planning, and delivery within a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading full-stack teams and delivering scalable web applications.
• Expert in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven design, and API design.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools in production.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of frontend and backend engineers to ensure high-quality delivery and scalable solutions.
• Own architecture decisions and conduct code reviews across disciplines.
• Mentor engineers and promote AI-assisted development practices.
• Coordinate incident response and post-mortem analysis.
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver software with Product, Design, and Business teams.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for reliable deployments.
