PALO IT Hong Kong is hiring an AI-Native Senior Engineer to lead the development of complex features with AI-native practices. You will guide team members on technical decisions and AI-assisted development, collaborating with Tech Leads and Architects to deliver scalable solutions.

You will apply Gen-E2 methodology to accelerate delivery, improve engineering quality, and stay ahead with emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Deep technological expertise and a strong software development background.
• Experience in developing scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
• Proficiency in working with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ...) for code generation and problem-solving.
• Understanding of prompt engineering principles for optimal AI tool interaction.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with AI tools while maintaining code quality and adherence to best practices.

Responsabilités

• Drive Fullstack development with AI-augmented practices.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and AI-assisted analysis.
• Understand DevOps workflows and implement CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Design high-performance, scalable solutions using AI-powered approaches.
• Identify and implement opportunities for AI enhancement in applications.
• Leverage AI tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and development practices.
