You will drive AI integration into engineering and business workflows, standardize platform design, promote automation, and mentor engineers while aligning with the global IT direction and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large engineering teams.
• Strong background in AI/ML engineering and platform engineering.
• Proficient in modern CI/CD, GitOps and microservice architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Platform Engineering and AI Engineering teams in developing tools, processes and standards.
• Standardize and oversee application and platform design across IT, including architecture, process, testing, and release strategies.
• Spearhead technical transformation initiatives to embed AI into engineering and business workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve development and engineering quality through adoption of new platform technologies.
• Increase IT agility and improve engineering practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that software applications are integrated effectively.
• Understand and anticipate the strategic direction of the global IT organization.
• Continually learn, grow, and assess industry leading technologies and practices for use within IT.
