Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud computing, virtualization and network protocols.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain technology infrastructure including servers, storage, and networks.
• Collaborate with technology teams to deploy new systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and business impact.
• Develop and maintain system diagrams and configuration guides.
• Coordinate with security to ensure compliant, secure infrastructure.
