Job summary

OCBC Bank Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Security Operations Leader to manage the Bank's physical security across branches, offices and critical facilities. You will drive governance, incident management and resilience programs, aligning with OCBC Group requirements and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in security management, risk management, facilities management, engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in physical security operations, preferably in banking or regulated environments.
• Certifications in security, risk, business continuity or project management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security operations across branches, offices and premises including guarding, CCTV and access control.
• Develop centralised security framework, procedures and reporting to support business needs.
• Oversee Security Command Centre monitoring, escalation and incident response.
• Own security policies and ensure compliance with internal and local regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic security risk assessments for premises and changes to operations.
• Support crisis management, business continuity and resilience planning.
• Collaborate with Property Services and project teams on security design for projects.
• Manage third-party security providers and monitor service levels.
