Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Technology Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and sustain robust IT infrastructure across servers, storage, and networks. You will collaborate with multiple technology teams to deploy secure, compliant systems and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in technology infrastructure, focusing on design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Strong technical skills in cloud computing, virtualization, and network protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Huawei, or similar networking solutions.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or equivalent are preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain our technology infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network systems
• Collaborate with our technology teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new systems and applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact to our business
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams and configuration guides
• Work with our security team to ensure our infrastructure is secure and compliant with regulatory requirements
