DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced IT security professional to design and implement security strategies for the bank's IT infrastructure. You will assess risks, perform vulnerability analyses, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to strengthen defenses and compliance.

The role requires at least five years of IT security experience, strong monitoring and incident response skills, and familiarity with NIST, ISO, and PCI-DSS frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect the organization's IT infrastructure, data, and systems from cyber threats
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities
• Monitor and analyze security logs, alerts, and events to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of security best practices and compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threat landscape to continuously improve the organization's security posture
• Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees to foster a culture of security within the organization

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, with a strong understanding of security protocols, technologies, and best practices
• Proficient in security monitoring, incident response, and threat analysis
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS)
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISA, or GIAC, are preferred
