Job summary

DSV Hong Kong is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate communications with clients, warehouses, and drivers. You will handle orders, documentation, invoicing, and reporting while driving proactive service to retain customers and expand business.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/degree in Supply Chain or Logistics, 3 years’ freight/logistics experience, strong English and Mandarin, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel. Overtime may be required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years related working experience in freight forwarder/logistics industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and customer-oriented; willing to work overtime when required.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & communicate professionally with clients, warehouse, truck drivers & consignees
• Implement proactive action and service to secure existing customers and cultivate potential business
• Handle orders and full sets of inbound and outbound documents
• Prepare invoices & various reports
• Arrange schedules for truck drivers
