We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Capital Partners team as a business manager/ team coordinator in Hong Kong Office. This position will play a vital role in providing wider range of administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the business. The main responsibilities will revolve around managing our Office Automation (OA) system, management reporting, handling travel applications and coordination, and processing expenses claims. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various other tasks such as technical automation, optimizing travel processes, and liaising with other internal stakeholders and group functions.
Efficiently manage and process wider range of administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the business
Provide general administrative support, including management reporting, new product approval (NPA) preparation, managing calendars and organizing documents.
Manage the processing of expenses claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Assist in the automation of office procedures, streamlining administrative tasks to improve overall efficiency.
Collaborate with the team to optimize processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Degree holder with excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders. Experienced in formal Chinese report writing and preparation is a must.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in managing system applications and expenses claims.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
