Job summary

ICBC International Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead the recruitment process and provide HR services to the assigned department. You will formulate sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, and work closely with business units on manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, and HR advisory.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 7 years of HRBP experience in sizeable financial institutions; investment banking experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 7 years HR business partner experience in sizeable organization in financial sectors. with working experience in Investment Bank is highly preferred.
• Understanding of investment banking and relevant product suite would be an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of HR practices, recruitment process and employment legislation.
• Able to handle multiple projects and produce high-quality work.
• Attentive to details; able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the whole recruitment process and HR services to the assigned department;

• Work closely with business unit on various HR functions including but not limited to provide HR advisory services, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, etc.;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external working partners;
• Work closely with other HR teams;
• Provide industry and markets updates related to Talent Acquisition;
• Handle other ad hoc assignments as required.
