Job summary

The candidate should have 6+ years of relevant experience, HK SFC Type 1/4/9 licenses, and extensive industry connections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• Sound knowledge of HK markets and familiarity with mainland China markets; ability to provide professional investment advice.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience with established client network.
• Results-driven with strong adaptability, resilience, and coordination skills; high ethical standards and integrity.
• Holder of HK SFC Type 1, 4, and 9 licenses.
• Extensive industry connections is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with asset management objectives and performance metrics.
• Expand the Hong Kong market via compliant marketing strategies to acquire and retain clients and drive AUM and revenue.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop domestic channels and increase client base and business volume.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure business alignment and support frontline teams in joint marketing initiatives.
• Prepare client marketing materials, conduct business presentations, and provide recommendations to the investment team for product development.
• Maintain good communication and cooperation with peer institutions in the industry.
